Off-site round trip travel fee, 1000 YEN, will be added to the service fee.
If the round trip travel costs more than 1000 YEN, the actual cost will be added to the service fee.
1000 YEN transportation fee will be added for calling in on staff on stand-by in Yokohama to Tokyo, and vice versa.
Staff will use the fastest option of travel for off-site service.

# Hotel use
Please inform us of the hotel name and the room number once you check in at the hotel.
We may contact the hotel using a pseudo name to confirm your room number.
We will disclose our shop information to the hotel’s phone operator.

# Home visit
Please provide your phone number, your home address or the closest train station for a meet-up.
We may make a phone call to you to confirm your location.
For long distance home visits, we may ask clients to make a credit card payment online prior to the procedure.

After 5 minutes of meeting with the staff or once the physical contact is made, no cancellation or change is permitted.
Bookings are accepted via email and phone call.
We recommend you book your favorite staff in advance.
Your booking will be cancelled after 30 minutes of the appointment start time.
Due to health concerns or other circumstances, your appointment may be changed.
You can book our service outside of the reception hours.
